JOB SUMMARY

The Client Support Specialist is responsible for contributing effectively to the success of the Sales Division by actively seeking out new clients, supporting existing clients, and effectively communicating information between different functionalities of Tridon.  The representative will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image of the company through Integrity, passion, and in-person presentational skills.  Strict adherence to Tridon’s Policies, HS&E requirements and Quality Management system requirements are paramount to this position.

The Client Support Specialist will work in an office environment and must comply with the company dress code. Travel may be required and site requirements must be adhered to when applicable.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The Client Support Specialist must be able to spend 80% travelling, 10% of the day sitting and/or standing, and 10% lifting boxes up to 30lbs. The incumbent will be also required to look at a computer screen for long periods of time.
