The Photovoltaic effect is the ability of a solar cell to create electricity from light and this effect has had years of research into resulting in today’s “Solar Systems”.

Solar system design start with a load analysis of your requirements and can be as basic as a solar panel, charge controller, a battery and mounting hardware or in the case of a significant power requirement, multiple solar panels, control panel and interface, metering, back up generator interface, remote digital monitoring, safety shut down controls/breakers, battery bank, Interconnects, wire, hardware, DC to AC inverter, cables DC to AC inverter and hardware. The factors that affect the design of the solution also include the hours of available sunlight and our commercial designs are based on worst case light scenarios (winter).
