Tridon Communicationsis looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as the Regional Mobility Sales Manager covering 6 Alberta locations – in our Cellular Division.

 

About the Job:

You’ll spend most of your day interacting with your team members, empowering them to succeed in their job while fostering a culture conducive to teamwork, continuous learning, growth, and development.

 

Leveraging tools, resources and data, you’ll own the customer experience and your regions sales performance. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your teams to ensure individual and team successes, motivating them to perform to the best of their abilities and metoring them in best practices.

 

You’ll regularly communicate business initiatives and set clear objectives for your team, giving them direction and guidance and taking corrective action where necessary to hold them accountable. The rest of your time will be focused on maximizing stores performances, building your store teams, managing staffing levels through scheduling and recruitment, inventory and cash management, and ensuring compliance to in-store brand expectations and operational procedures.

Must Haves:

  • 5 + years of retail management expereince
  • 10 + years in a customer service role with cellular or technology based sales experience
  • 2 + years of mutli unit retail management experience
  • TELUS training/Apollo knowledge /IQ Metrix (RQ4), or other major carrier sales training
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 Operator’s License with a clean driving record within the last 5 years
  • Able to pass a criminal record background check
